It is the largest networking company in the world with more than $500 billion market capitalization. Cisco Systems also sponsors a line of IT professional certifications for Cisco products. There are five levels of certification:Entry (CCENT), Associate (CCNA/CCDA), Professional (CCNP/CCDP), Expert (CCIE/CCDE) and recently Architect, as well as nine different paths, Routing & Switching, Design, Industrial Network, Network Security, Service Provider, Service Provider Operations, Storage Networking, Voice, Datacenter and Wireless. A number of specialist technician, sales and datacenter certifications are also available. Cisco also provides training for these certifications via a portal called the Cisco Networking Academy

New Horizon College of Engineering is a member of Cisco Network Academy, has access to all its resources, course materials, services, online contents and other deliverables. Our College has integrated CCNA, R&S course into its syllabus. The Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching curriculum is designed for Cisco Networking Academy students who are seeking entry-level jobs in the ICT industry or those who hope to fulfil prerequisites to pursue more specialized ICT skills. CCNA Routing and Switching provides an integrated and comprehensive coverage of networking topics, from fundamentals to advanced applications and services, while providing opportunities for hands-on practical experience and career skills development. The CCNA Routing and Switching curriculum consists of four courses,viz. Introduction to Networks, Routing and Switching Essentials, Scaling Networks, and Connecting Networks. Students will be prepared to take the Cisco CCENT certification examination after completing a set of two courses and the CCNA Routing and Switching certification examination after completing a set of four courses. The curriculum also helps students develop workforce ready skills and builds a foundation for success in networking-related careers and degree programs. In due course, we intend to upgrade to CCNP courses too.

QuEST Global IIoT Centre of Excellence was inaugurated at New Horizon College of Engineering on 9th March,2018 by Mr. Todd Ashley, Vice President of Digital and Industrial Solutions at QuEST Global in the presence of Dr. Mohan Manghnani, Chairman, New Horizon Educational Institution and Mr. Yeshraj Singh, GM, Strategic Initiative leader for Digital Transformation.
The objective of IIoT Centre of Excellence is to create an ecosystem of resourcing of digital needs in the industrial segment wherein it prepares Ready to Deploy (R2D) Resources enabling the candidates in developing the understanding and expertise of technology stack of IIoT platform. The focus area of the said lab would be Software Application Development and Testing, Software tools modernization to adopt Predix or micro services architecture and UX/HMI development. The lab sessions are predominantly delivered and administered by QuEST Global engineers. Architect and practical oriented sessions on Rail Management Systems and Battery Management Systems have been implemented at New Horizon College of Engineering.A set of faculties from different branches of engineering are trained by QuEST Global on the curriculum jointly developed by the company and the college.

SAP Next Gen Lab
SAP is a German multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations. SAP is headquartered in Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg, with regional offices in 180 countries. The company has over 335,000 customers across the world. Five IBM engineers from the AI department (DietmarHopp, Klaus Tschira, Hans-Werner Hector, HassoPlattner, and Claus Wellenreuther, all from Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg) were working in an enterprise-wide system based on this software, only to be told that it would no longer be necessary. Rather than abandoning the project, they decided to leave IBM Tech and start the system analyse and Programmentwicklung (“System Analysis and Program Development”) company. The first commercial product of SAP was called SAP R/98, and offered a common system for multiple tasks. This permitted the use of centralized data storage, improving the maintenance of data. Since 2012, SAP has acquired several companies that sell cloud-based products, In 2015, the company launched SAP S/4HANA, the newest generation of the SAP Business Suite and in 2016, SAP introduced SAP HANA, Express Edition which is meant to run on personal computers or on cloud computing platforms for students and other small-scale developers.

The SAP Nextgen LAB was launched at New Horizon College of Engineering, on 13th Feb, 2017. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Rahul Sachdev, Head SAP University Alliance-India Sub continent and Mr Chiranjeev Brahma, Country Manager- SAP University Alliance, in the presence of Dr. Mohan Manghnani, Chairman, New Horizon Educational Institution. The inaugural program was followed by an hour long session wherein they gave a glimpse of the robust and varied application of SAP technology and its penetration in almost all business models to students and faculties.
Faculties of New Horizon College of Engineering from different branches of Engineering and MBA departments are trained on SAP modules with hand on experience mode by SAP trainers.

The company provides cloud computing and platform virtualization software and services. It was the first commercially successful company to virtualize the x86 architecture. This training awards the students an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) joint certification by Adobe Systems and New Horizon College of Engineering. Adobe provides required technological and domain related expertise to the faculties and students of New Horizon College of Engineering. Adobe Digital Center of Excellence is the FIRST Centre to be established in India by Adobe Systems. The Digital Centre of Excellence in NHCE was inaugurated on 13th October, 2016,by Mr. Kulmeet Bawa, Managing Director of Adobe, South Asia; Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, Global Head-Campus Hiring, Wipro Technologies; and Dr. Mohan Manghnani, Chairman, New Horizon College of Engineering.

New Horizon College of Engineering has incorporated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) curriculum as an Elective Paper to B.E and MCA students at the 4th, 5th Semester level with required credits attached to the course.
Two batches of Wipro Campus selected students (2017 & 2018 Pass out batches) have completed their courses at Adobe Digital Centre of Excellence and joined Wipro projects. The training and certification on Adobe Digital Experience Manager has helped students to deploy themselves on Digital Practice Projects at Wipro Technologies, immediately after their 7th / 8th Semester examinations.
