The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, in collaboration with the Alumni Association at NHCE, organized an Alumni Talk on “Driving Healthcare Innovation with AI and Cloud Technology” on November 7, 2024. The session featured Mr. Charan C (Batch 2020-2024), an Associate Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions.
Charan explored the transformative role of AI in healthcare, emphasizing its impact on medical data analysis, predictive analytics, medical imaging, and personalized treatment plans. He also highlighted the significance of cloud platforms in enabling secure, scalable, and accessible healthcare solutions, facilitating data sharing, and telemedicine services.
A key focus was the integration of AI with cloud computing, demonstrating how cloud-based AI applications streamline workflows, support real-time decision-making, and enhance healthcare delivery. Charan also addressed critical challenges, including data privacy and regulatory concerns, while sharing best practices for implementing these cutting-edge technologies in the healthcare sector.
