Alumni Talk on “Revolutionizing AI with Large Language Models: Use Cases and Best Practices”

The Department of AI & ML, in collaboration with the Alumni Association at NHCE, organized an Alumni Talk on “Revolutionizing AI with Large Language Models: Use Cases and Best Practices,” on November 7th, 2024.

The session featured Ms. Fizza Mirza (Batch 2020-2024), an AI Engineer at Conneqtion Group, who shared insights with Vth semester students. She introduced the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their ability to process and generate human-like text.

Key use cases covered included automated customer support, content generation, and personalized recommendations. Fizza also addressed challenges like fine-tuning models, ethical AI practices, computational costs, data privacy, and bias. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, offering deeper insights into the potential and limitations of LLMs.
