One day workshop on Azure – Cloud Fundamentals

The program was organised to the students to understand the basics and significance of cloud. Dr.N.V Uma Reddy, HoD- Department of AI & ML welcomed the participants by addressing the need of the workshop. The workshop starts with one group activity for students to decide the resources need for IT start up. The activity results students to understand the need of cloud computing over local system. Then how to choose cloud between the 3 types of cloud and deployment model. The workshop continue in demonstrating the Azure architecture and its advantages over other service providers in the afternoon session. How to create Free account in Microsoft Azure and deploy VM service for computation is discussed along with two more services. Demonstrating the creating cloud After the completion of workshop students can able to create his/her own service in Microsoft azure.
