CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The Silver Spectrum TechFest 48-Hour Hackathon, organized by the Departments of CSE and AIML at NHCE from 28th to 30th October 2025, served as a national platform to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration among students.
Participants worked continuously for 48 hours to design and develop solutions addressing real-world challenges in AI, ML, DL, Generative AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, and Web 3.0.
The hackathon tested technical skills while promoting teamwork, time management, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Industry leaders from TCS, Visionet, Conneqtion, and SecuredApp provided 29 problem statements across five major domains.
The event commenced with an inspiring keynote by Chief Guest Mr. Pradeep Rao of Kyndryl, who delivered insights on Quantum Awareness and Q-Day.
Teams were evaluated across three levels—problem understanding, innovation progress, and final prototype presentation.
Mentors and industry evaluators guided students throughout, ensuring fairness and professional exposure.
The valedictory ceremony, graced by Mr. Ranjith Thirukonda of TCS, celebrated the creativity and problem-solving abilities of the participants.
Dr. Sanjeev Kaulgud presented a comprehensive report on participation, evaluation, and outcomes.
Winners from each domain received Rs. 25,000, trophies, and certificates.
SecuredApp offered internships to NHCE students, while Conneqtion Group expressed interest in future opportunities.
The hackathon strengthened NHCE’s mission to bridge academia and industry through innovation.
It showcased the resilience, determination, and technical excellence of young engineers.
Overall, the event symbolized not just competition but the beginning of new opportunities for collaboration and technological growth.
