Industrial Visit to Bamul - Nandini Mega Dairy, Kanakapura
On December 9, 2024, students from Department of AI&ML visited Bamul-Nandini Mega Dairy in Kanakapura, gaining practical insights into dairy product manufacturing. The visit included an overview of the dairy’s history, mission, and operational excellence. Students observed the milk processing units, quality control measures, and advanced technology in use. They learned about the production and packaging of various dairy products, as well as cold storage and logistics methods. Interaction with the quality assurance team highlighted food safety standards. The visit demonstrated the importance of teamwork, technology, and sustainability in large-scale operations. It bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, inspiring students to think critically about innovations in the dairy industry. The visit was a success, enriching students’ technical knowledge and appreciation for dairy production.
