Parent–Teacher Meeting Overview

The Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning conducted a Parent–Teacher Meeting for 3rd and 5th semester students of the 2025–2026 (Odd) academic year. Dr. N. V. Uma Reddy, Head of the Department, welcomed all parents and gave a brief overview of the department’s activities. All faculty members were present to interact with parents.

Parents met the subject faculty to understand the academic progress of their wards. Those whose children had low attendance were informed about their performance. Parents also raised questions regarding internship and placement opportunities, which were addressed by the mentors, class teachers, and the HoD. Parents expressed satisfaction with the support and detailed responses provided.

As part of the program, parents were offered high tea and guided to meet their ward’s mentors for a one-on-one interaction. Mentors discussed students’ academics, attendance, and co-curricular involvement.

Feedback:

After the successful meeting with the mentors and subject teachers ,a feedback form has been taken from the parents  and documented the same to improve the quality of the department in future.
