The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning conducted a Parent–Teacher Meeting for the academic year 2025–2026 on 28/03/2026 , including final year students. The meeting began with a welcome address and an overview of the department’s academic and co‑curricular activities, followed by interactions between parents and subject-handling faculty to review students’ academic performance and attendance. Parents of students with low attendance were specifically informed and counselled. Queries related to internship opportunities, placements, and career guidance were raised by parents and were effectively addressed by mentors, class teachers, placement coordinators, and the department leadership. Parents were also guided on the use of the Contineo portal to monitor their ward’s academic progress. The programme concluded with high tea, after which parents engaged in one‑on‑one discussions with their ward’s respective mentors, expressing satisfaction with the support and clarity provided.
