ACHIEVEMENTS

We proudly congratulate Anshuman Panda, Tanish Renuka Suragihalli, Dave Roshan, and Adithya K from the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for securing fourth place at a 24‑hour national-level hackathon held at Gopalan College of Engineering and Management on the 5th and 6th of May, 2026.

Competing against more than 50 teams from institutions across Karnataka, the team developed Classroom Assist, an AI‑powered classroom transcriber that converts lectures into structured notes, enhancing accessibility and learning.

Their innovation and teamwork earned them a cash award of ₹2,500. We applaud their creativity and dedication, and wish them continued success in future endeavours.
