An event about Basic Hardware and Networking/Trouble Shooting” was organized     on 11th November 2022 to 12th November 2022 for the III Semester students of AIML department. The resource person of the event was “Melvin Raja A”, Lab Instructor, AI&ML. The event was coordinated by Prof. Sonia Maria D’Souza and Prof. S Gunasekar under the guidance of Dr. N.V Uma Reddy, HOD AIML. The Event was held at the IBM open power laboratory at New Horizon College of Engineering by the Dept. of AIML.

Objectives of the Workshop:

Students were able to acquire basic knowledge in computer hardware and peripherals for installation, PC assembly, trouble shooting and maintenance including system management and its backup and to undertake disaster prevention, a basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks work group, internet and intranet.

Outcome of the Workshop:

The student will be able to know the basics of Computer assembling and trouble shooting. This course will provide the brief knowledge of Computer networking and trouble shooting.

A short Feedback Session was conducted for the participants after which Participation Certificates were awarded to them.
