CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organised a guest lecture on “Beyond Graduation: Exploring Higher Studies Opportunities” on 11 September 2026. The session was delivered by Mr Premkumar Paradesi, Assistant Destination Manager, IDP Education India Pvt Ltd, and Mr Srivatsa Raja Pradeep, Assistant Manager, Strategic Alliance, IDP Education India Pvt Ltd.

The lecture aimed to create awareness about higher education opportunities available to students after graduation. The speakers provided an overview of various postgraduate programmes, specialisations, and academic pathways offered by institutions in India and abroad. They emphasised the importance of identifying individual interests, strengths, and long-term career goals before selecting a higher studies programme.

The session also highlighted the significance of preparing for competitive entrance examinations and maintaining a strong academic profile. Students were informed about scholarships, fellowships, research opportunities, and financial assistance available for pursuing higher education. Special emphasis was placed on emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and other advanced technology domains.

The speakers encouraged students to focus on research, innovation, technical specialisation, and interdisciplinary learning to enhance their career prospects. An interactive question-and-answer session enabled students to clarify their doubts related to admissions, eligibility requirements, scholarships, research opportunities, and future career pathways.
