CLUB ACTIVITIES

The EVOLVE.AI Club, in collaboration with the QuantumX Core Team, organized an engaging event titled “PromptX” as part of QuantumX-26 themed “Tron,” focusing on reasoning and analytical thinking through AI-assisted problem-solving. The event brought together nearly 60 participants forming 38 teams, showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical skills. Designed as a multi-round competition, PromptX combined traditional puzzle-solving with modern AI interaction to simulate a realistic investigative experience. Strict guidelines were enforced to ensure fairness, including controlled system usage and prohibition of external aids. The event featured three dynamic rounds, beginning with AI Video Generation, where participants created short themed videos. This was followed by the Blindfold Prompting round, challenging participants to deduce prompts from AI outputs. The finals consisted of Reverse Prompt Engineering, where participants recreated images using optimized prompts. The judging panel included Dr. Akshatha PS, who contributed academic expertise in AI and IoT, and Mr. Kumar Venkatesan, who added industry insights from software and analytics leadership. The event emphasized skills such as prompt engineering, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning. It effectively highlighted the growing importance of human-AI collaboration in modern problem-solving. With a prize pool of ₹30,000, Team Clock Clock secured the first prize of ₹20,000, while Team S Kaarthik won the runner-up prize of ₹10,000. Overall, PromptX 2026 was a highly impactful event that fostered innovation, technical excellence, and practical learning among participants.
