The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in association with Institution Innovation Council had organized a workshop on research, innovation, and effective strategies for publications in scholarly journals on 6/6/2024. Dr. Sonia Maria D’Souza, an Associate Professor and a distinguished expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, led the workshop. The process of submitting research papers to scholarly journals was elaborated. Dr. D’Souza shared insights on selecting the right journals, preparing manuscripts for submission, and navigating the peer review process, ethical aspects of research and publication; plagiarism, data integrity, and authorship issues, were discussed to ensure participants uphold the highest standards of academic integrity
